Directions by Car

From the East

Take Highway 401 or 407 west.
Exit Highway 404/Don Valley Parkway south.
Take the Bloor St. Bayview Ave. exit.
Take Bayview Ave. south.
Exit at Rosedale Valley Rd.
Stay on Rosedale Valley Rd. until you get to Yonge St.
At Yonge St. turn right.
After passing under the CN Railway bridge, Summerhill Avenue is one block north of the traffic lights.
Turn right onto Summerhill Avenue and our office is the second entrance on the south (right) side.

From the West

Take either the QEW/Gardiner Expressway or Highway 401 or 407 east.
From Highway 401 or 407 exit Highway 404/Don Valley Parkway south; From the Gardiner Expressway exit Don Valley Parkway north.
Take the Bloor St. Bayview Ave. exit.
Take Bayview Ave. south.
Exit at Rosedale Valley Rd.
Stay on Rosedale Valley Rd. until you get to Yonge St.
At Yonge St. turn right.

From Downtown

Take Yonge St. north past Bloor St.
After passing under the CN Railway bridge, Summerhill Avenue is one block north of the traffic lights.
Turn right onto Summerhill Avenue and our office is the second entrance on the south (right) side.

From Uptown

Take Yonge St. south past St. Clair Ave.
Summerhill Avenue is 5 blocks south of St. Clair Ave. on the east (left) side.
Turn left onto Summerhill Avenue and our office is the second entrance on the south (right) side.

Parking

We have visitor parking underground and would be happy to accommodate you! Simply let us know when you arrive, provide us with your licence plate number for Security and enter. Upon entering the underground parking facility, visitor parking is straight ahead.
Alternatively, there is meter parking on Summerhill Avenue on the north side of the street. Further east on Summerhill Avenue just past the meter parking is parking on the south side of the street after 11 a.m. only. This parking is free.
Behind the Summerhill TTC subway station, located one block south of Summerhill Avenue on Shaftesbury Avenue, there is a public meter parking lot available.

Directions by Public Transit

We are located one block north of the Summerhill TTC subway station on the Yonge St. subway line, two stops north of Bloor-Yonge station.
Exit the Summerhill station, turn right and walk over to Yonge St. at the traffic lights.
Turn right and walk one block north to Summerhill Avenue.
Turn right and our office is the second entrance on the south side.
